(TAKEN FROM THE CONSTITUTION-ARTICLE III-PURPOSE)THE PURPOSE OF THE BASEBALL PROGRAM IS TO EDUCATE THE YOUTH IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THOSE CONCEPTS OF TEAMWORK AND FAIR PLAY, UNDER SPECIALIZED RULES AND REGULATIONS, WHICH WILL HELP THESE YOUNG PEOPLE TO GROW INTO GOOD AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS. THE ATTAINMENT OF EXCEPTIONAL SKILLS AND THE WINNING OF GAMES IS SECONDARY AND MUST NOT INTERFERE WITH THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION.
