Rockland Hospital Guild Events at RHG Rockland Hospital Guild Established 1977 Rockland Hospital Guild Established 1977 CLUE is a Community Residence Program sponsored by the Rockland Hospital Guild Inc. a private notforprofit agency which provides housing and support services for persons with a mental illness. The acronym CLUE stands for Community LinkUp Experience. Established in 1977 CLUE was the first certified community residence in Rockland County.
