Onsite financial assistance to Harvey Hurricane Victims in Texas Building Bridges In the past two years NTC has built six bridges in remote areas in Vietnam where the residents are substantially underserved and faced with challenges in every day life. They lack most of the basic necessities like running water and electricity. What supposed to be a simple task present challenges to them especially school age children. NTC is now on a project of building two more bridges.
