SBCC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of families in Los Angeles County by partnering with residents in the pursuit of individual, family, and community well-being. All of our programs and initiatives are resident-driven. We do not serve residents, families, or communities; but rather partner with them in the pursuit of personal, economic, and neighborhood growth. By harnessing the power of the existing gifts and talents of the local community, we are changing lives by building stronger communities from the inside out.
