SBCC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of families in Los Angeles County by partnering with residents in the pursuit of individual, family, and community well-being. All of our programs and initiatives are resident-driven. We do not serve residents, families, or communities; but rather partner with them in the pursuit of personal, economic, and neighborhood growth.
