Renaissance School
A K-12 school dedicated to teaching skills that students will find useful in their lives, such as critical thinking and emotional intelligence, as well as general knowledge subjects such as science, history, art, literature and music. To give students a well rounded education including useful life skills (critical thinking, emotional intelligence, household and car maintenance and other skills) and academics (English, Math, science, history, art, literature,music). We also give students a chance to dive deeply into and do research in areas that they might build a career in, or just find interesting. We believe that most schools today do not do a good job at any of these. They mostly omit the life skills; don't provide well rounded general knowledge and in many cases force kids to learn advanced topics like algebra which most of them will never need in their lives.
