Greater Norristown Police Athletic League GNPAL Transition PR Release Final 10317 The Greater Norristown Police Athletic League is a nonprofit volunteer organization serving the youth and families of the Greater Norristown community with recreational educational and cultural programs addressing citizenship selfesteem avoidance of substance abuse and respect for law and order. Since 1976 Greater Norristown PAL GNPAL has served thousands of area youth in a variety of programs. In 2005 the GNPAL moved into the old Stewart National Guard Armory building near the Elmwood Parkzoosports complex and the building is now called the Greater Norristown PAL Center. You must be a GNPAL member to participate in leagues classes or programs.
