Sunday August 29 2021 VBRA Homeless Camper Number Goes Up Again The number of homeless campers in the Venice Beach Recreation Area VBRA increased again going from 56 last weekend to 71 this weekend. Some campers have not moved from last week such as ones on the sand south of the handball courts.
