HIGHER EDUCATION STO, INC. IS A SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED UNDER THE GUIDELINES PROVIDED IN THE ARIZONA PRIVATE SCHOOL TUITION TAX CREDIT LAW OF 1997 AS AMENDED IN 2010 AND 2012. THE ORGANIZATION WAS FOUNDED IN DECEMBER 2010 TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO QUALIFIED STUDENTS ATTENDING PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ASSIST STUDENTS IN RECEIVING SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS FUNDED BY INDIVIDUALS OR CORPORATIONS UNDER ARIZONA LAW.
