Try this simple exercise we use at Shinsei Martial Arts & Fitness Center: 1️⃣ Set a timer for just 5 minutes 2️⃣ Choose one simple activity (coloring, reading, block building) 3️⃣ Challenge them to focus ONLY on that activity until the timer rings 4️⃣ No distractions allowed.
