Tired of repeating yourself, Mom & Dad? Your child likely needs help building their attention span! Try this simple exercise we use at Shinsei Martial Arts & Fitness Center: 1️⃣ Set a timer for just 5 minutes 2️⃣ Choose one simple activity (coloring, reading, block building) 3️⃣ Challenge them to focus ONLY on that activity until the timer rings 4️⃣ No distractions allowed! 5️⃣ Gradually increase time as they improve It sounds simple, but in our distraction-filled world, this is POWERFUL training for young minds! 🧠 We use this technique before learning new moves, and it's amazing how much faster kids progress when they've warmed up their focus muscles first!
