THE HAMPTON ROADS MILITARY AND FEDERAL FACILITIES ALLIANCERegional Advocacy for Federal Investment Who We Are The Hampton Roads Military and Federal Facilities Alliance HRMFFA is an initiative of the Hampton Roads Mayors and Chairs Caucus. The Alliance was established to collectively focus area efforts on preserving and growing Federal capabilities within the Hampton Roads region. HRMFFA was incorporated within the Commonwealth of Virginia in March 2006 under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as a tax exempt notforprofit corporation. Our Mission The mission of HRMFFA is to attract retain and grow military and federalfacilitiesacross the regionfor the common good and welfare of the residents ofHampton Roads.
