THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE COMMON GOOD AND WELFARE OF THE RESIDENTS OF HAMPTON ROADS BY INFLUENCING LEGISLATION IN ORDER TO RETAIN AND ATTRACT FACILITIES AND INSTITUTIONS THAT ARE OPERATED AND FUNDED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OR SUCH AGENCIES.

The Alliance was established to collectively focus area efforts on preserving and growing Federal capabilities within the Hampton Roads region. HRMFFA was incorporated within the Commonwealth of Virginia in March 2006 under the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as a tax exempt notforprofit corporation. Our Mission The mission of HRMFFA is to attract retain and grow military and federalfacilitiesacross the regionfor the common good and welfare of the residents ofHampton Roads.
