Metropolitan Career Center was founded in 1974 to give disadvantaged people basic education, work experience, and direction they need to start a career. Today, with educational facilities and offices in Center City Philadelphia, MCC serves 600 adults per year, helping under-educated and under-employed people gain the skills and experience to start on the path to economic self-sufficiency.
