RHA believes in a future where all Minnesotans have access to reproductive health care and education. Legislative priorities change each session and are informed by the legislative agenda, the current fiscal realities and challenges, and the reproductive health needs of Minnesotans. However our main focus has been and will remain ensuring that the doors of small, non-profit reproductive health clinics stay open and serve the most vulnerable populations in Minnesota.
