No meeting in October 2023 Central Valley ArsonInvestigators Association The Central Valley Arson Investigators Association CVAIA was established in 1968. It is a professional organization comprised of public and private industry investigators. CVAIA provides training opportunities and professional peer review on a continuous basis. The organization holds an annual Advanced Explosives Recognition class at the Tulare International Agricenter.
