Vision: To transform commercial corridors and adjacent neighborhoods into thriving, compelling, sustainable, and economically viable communities. Mission: To restore communities by focusing on rebuilding physically, restructuring economically, and reclaiming human capital within the community. NCDC is a commercial corridor revitalization nonprofit which collaborates with the community to bring about physical transformation of the corridor. Nehemiah CDC will revitalize commercial corridors through catalytic commercial building redevelopment projects that engage the community in the physical development process. This process includes community engagement, developing partnerships with community stakeholders, workforce development and employment and business attraction efforts. We know that great organizations work with and through others to create more impact than they could ever achieve alone.
