Providing health and hope to the hurting. Health and Hope Clinic was established in June 2003 to provide HEALTH and HOPE to the hurting. Mission: Providing Health and Hope to the Hurting and underserved. Free and Charitable Clinic. Quality health care services, primary care, specialty care and wrap-around services for the uninsured living in Florida and reported income within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Volunteer Healthcare providers and support volunteers make primary medical, dental and specialty care possible. Referrals for needed diagnostics, testing, and casework are provided. Medications, prescription assistance, laboratory, and patient education are also available.
