Joyce Erdner is the founder of The DoorWay for 40+ years. She has been married for over 50 years, has 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. Joyce's dedication changed over night. On April 8, 1982 Joyce received a call to take over the building The DoorWay is at. The DoorWay is a Christian ministry that equips youth, assists individuals struggling with addiction and supports families, without discrimination, through prevention, intervention, counsel, training and support programming.
