The organization is governed by the Constitution and ByLaws created in 1976 and officers are elected annually from the membership at large. NSBA has filed articles of Incorporation with the State of Pennsylvania and has been granted nonprofit status by the IRS. PurposeTo act in the best interests of all members and to engage in such activities that would lead to the improvement and encouragement of doing business in Newtown Square.
