The mission of CASPAR, Inc. is to improve the lives of individuals and families who have been affected by substance abuse and related issues such as homelessness or mental illness. CASPAR, Inc is part of Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. Bay Cove's mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential/. We do so by providing individualized and compassionate services for people with developmental disabilities, mental illness, aging-related needs and/or drug and alcohol addiction.
