CASPAR, Inc is part of Bay Cove Human Services, Inc. Bay Cove's mission is to partner with people to overcome challenges and realize personal potential/. We do so by providing individualized and compassionate services for people with developmental disabilities, mental illness, aging-related needs and/or drug and alcohol addiction.
