Cornelius and Darwin walked into our ministry on the same day, both in their 60s, both veterans 🇺🇲, and both facing eviction. They didn’t come together, but they could’ve been brothers. One of them already knew Jesus. The other had never heard the Gospel. Our volunteer Katina shared her testimony with Darwin: “I came to this country looking for opportunities. The best opportunity I found was to receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ that gave me eternal life!” That moment changed everything. Darwin received Christ that day! They joined our team at the men’s breakfast the next morning: Cornelius, a believer, and now Darwin, a brand-new one. They’re pictured here with our Director of Development, Jeff in the middle. We introduced them to each other: Cornelius has faith to share. Darwin has questions and a new beginning. God clearly orchestrated this.
