Communities in Schools -- Pittsburgh, Allegheny County's mission is to surround the students of the greater Pittsburgh region with a community of support empowering them to achieve in school and succeed in life. Our vision is to become the "go-to" resource for strategic solutions that address K-12 intellectual, social and emotional learning. It does so by connecting community and business resources with schools to directly impact student success. We utilize "cradle-to-career" exploration models that support economic and community growth for Southwest Pennsylvania by investing in the success of our students.
