Rock Steady Boxing is proud to welcome Paul Vaden as the newest member of our Board of Directors! Paul is a celebrated author, speaker, and consultant, and was the keynote speaker at RSB CoachCon 2024. A champion both in and out of the ring, Paul is known for his mentorship and service in his home community of San Diego. From 1991 to 2000, Paul had a distinguished career as a professional boxer, earning the IBF Light Middleweight World Championship title in 1995.
