Dairy Pricing Association is a Capper-Volstead cooperative which provides a way for America's dairy farmers to join together and ask a price for their milk TO PROMOTE DOMESTICALLY PRODUCED DAIRY PRODUCTS AND TO ESTABLISH THE MINIMUM PRICE THE DAIRY INDUSTRY RECEIVES FOR ITS PRODUCTION WHILE AT THE SAME TIME MAINTAINING A LEVEL OF MILK PRODUCTION TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE CONSUMER.
