BFT STRIVES TO CREATE A SUPPORTIVE SENSE OF COMMUNITY WHERE RESIDENTS, NO MATTER THEIR STAGE IN LIFE, ARE GIVEN THE POWER TO REALIZE AND OBTAIN A BRIGHTER FUTURE.
