The trust is maintained for the purpose of receiving contributions made under the Soltek Pacific Health and welfare plan, accumulating, managing and investing those contributions and providing benefits to the plan's participants and their beneficiaries through the purchase of insurance, medical services through a health maintenance organization, or other arrangement under the group policy.
