At last night's weekly training, the squad continued our TR Common Passenger Vehicle extrication training. We are currently in the middle of completing this series of certifications which includes Awareness, Operations, and Technician levels. [5/30 7:00AM] SEVERE WEATHER THREAT HAS INCREASED FOR TODAY: A cold front approaches the area and brings a line of showers and thunderstorms late this morning through the afternoon. A few of these storms may become strong to severe and produce damaging wind gusts and large hail, mainly east of the mountains. A brief tornado or two cannot be ruled out.
