PROVIDES A NURSING KNOWLEDGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FOR FOREIGN EDUCATED NURSES, AND VARIOUS ASSESSMENT AND VERIFICATION SERVICES OF CREDENTIALS THAT ARE USED BY FEDERAL, STATE AND PROVINCIAL AGENCIES IN MAKING A DETERMINATION WHETHER TO PERMIT THOSE NURSES AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR LICENSURE AND EMPLOYMENT WITHIN THE U.S., CANADIAN AND NEW ZEALAND HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEMS.
