TO SPUR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND RETAIN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL IN THE TRI-COUNTY AREA. SUCH ACTIVITIES ARE LIMITED TO EXEMPT PURPOSES SET FORTH IN INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3). THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
