Founded in July, 1913, the Chief Cornplanter Council, BSA is the oldest continually-registered non-merged council in America. The office is located in Warren, PA and the Council serves youth in Warren County and Ludlow, PA. The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
