📸 CASA Connections Recap! 📸 This past Saturday, our CASA advocates came together for a powerful morning of hands-on learning and connection! We kicked things off with inspiring guest speakers from The Extra Mile—Jaqueline McFarlin and Brooke Taylor—who shared meaningful insight into foster care and kinship care resources. Advocates then rotated through real-world simulation stations, stepping into the roles they take on during home visits and casework. They wrapped up with a contact log writing session and group debriefs, turning real-time observation into stronger, more effective advocacy.
