Community Connections Helping People THRIVE Community Connections Helping People THRIVE Welcome to Talbot Community Connections Talbot Community Connections TCC was formed to raise funds to enhance the Talbot County Department of Social Services TCDSS capacity to respond directly to problems of safety and wellbeing of county citizens. The funds raised help provide for TCC awards provided funds for respite care prevention of evictions and utility disconnections therapeutic activities for children in foster care transportation and a fatherhood program.
