Today we celebrated the 11th Annual State of the College at our beautiful Los Banos Campus — a powerful reminder of the impact education has on our community and future. We were proud to honor the Anderson Family with the President’s Medallion Award in recognition of their extraordinary gift — a donation of 125 acres of land that made the Los Banos Campus a reality. Because of their generosity, thousands of Westside students now have access to higher education close to home. From campus growth to student success stories, today’s event reflected the heart of Merced College: community, commitment, and a bold vision for what’s next.
