Safe Harbour A Path to Independence Keys to Success Life Skills Support Safe Harbour is a notforprofit organization that provides a continuum of housing services for the homeless of Cumberland County. Safe Harbour is governed by an independent Board of Directors and derives its financial support from individuals organizations churches fees paid by residents commercial rents investments foundations federal and state grants as well as the United Way. Safe Harbour maintains the family unit by keeping families together during the duration of their stay. 90 cents of every dollar donated to Safe Harbour goes directly to programs and services.
