Our mission is to cultivate an arts-rich community. Incorporated in 1993, the Adams County Arts Council is a nonprofit organization which supports the arts throughout Adams County, Pennsylvania. ACACs mission is to cultivate an arts-rich community. ACACs primary goals are to provide high quality arts education opportunities for students, to support local arts presenters, schools and artists, and to promote personal wellness and economic development through the arts. ACAC's role is part of the positive cultural, social, and economic evolution of the community. ACAC serves the south central region of Pennsylvania, primarily Adams County. Our programs reach into Franklin, Cumberland, and York Counties and into northern Maryland. Because our center is in Gettysburg, our address is tied to the national history of the country.
