Since its founding in 1952, PEPeace has sought ways to bring people together, to encourage dialog and promote mutual understanding. PEPeace's mission in the new century is to change the social paradigm from one of competition to one of cooperation. The mission of Promoting an Enduring Peace is to conduct peace education promoting the advent of a harmonious planetary commonwealth through the convergence of the worldwide movements for disarmament, social justice, and environmental stewardship as the foundation of a sustainable peace. Motto: "Peace on Earth - Peace with Earth".
