The President’s FY26 budget proposal includes a historic 44% cut to HUD’s affordable housing, homelessness, and community development programs. These cuts would leave more families struggling to afford rent and at greater risk of homelessness. Ultimately Congress has the final say — and the House will begin debating HUD’s budget on July 14. Standing at the Corner of Community and Inclusion Who We Are We are community members. We create communitybased solutions to the affordable housing crisis in our neighborhoods across Cincinnati. We focus on four primary areas of community development Property Management Resident Services Tenant Advocacy and Property Development. We offer a wide range of affordable housing models and supportive services designed to serve a vibrant diverse population of lowincome residents.
