We believe that housing is a right for all, so we work to make housing available and accessible. Over-the-Rhine Community Housing develops and manages resident-centered affordable housing to build inclusive community and benefit low-income residents. We believe that housing is a right and should be available to all. We focus on four primary areas of community development: Property Management, Resident Services, Tenant Advocacy and Property Development. We offer a wide range of affordable housing models and supportive services based on evidence-based best practices that are designed to serve a diverse population of residents
