FBI PORTLAND CITIZENS ACADEMY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION FBI Portland Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a 501c3 nonprofit volunteer organization that works in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI. The mission of the FBI Portland CAAA is to promote a strong partnership between the community and the FBI by supporting and advocating the values of integrity education and public service. We are committed to providing continued education and professional development opportunities to our members enabling them to stay informed about emerging trends technologies and challenges in the field of law enforcement. By organizing seminars workshops and networking events we strive to create an environment that fosters lifelong learning and empowers our members to make positive contributions to the safety and security of our community.
