PCAA is committed to provide encouragement and support for youth and teens through life changing prevention, intervention and assistance programs.  Our mission is to transform "youth at risk" to "youth of promise" providing Hope and a second chance.  Providing needed assistance, giving the teen a second chance which will make Orange County a better and safer place in which we live, work and worship.
