The Los Angeles Regional Homeless Restoration Advisory Coalition (LARHRAC) primary mission is to build the organizational capacity of frontline social service providers” operating within South Los Angeles. We provide beneficiary organizations with comprehensive technical assistance to help fulfill the strategic goals of funders, service providers, and clients. The primary forms of assistance LARHRAC most frequently provide are capacity building training, technical assistance, and one-on-one coaching.
