Our Mission Skokie residents established Skokie Community Foundation SCF in 2017 to foster a supportive engaged and dynamic community in Skokie through meaningful giving collaboration and community programming. Building on the efforts of the earlier Skokie Community Fund SCF is committed to growing this lasting community resource by Seeking Creating Building Updating The fruitful results of SCFs collaborative grants have demonstrated that when local nonprofits and government agencies work together they can collectively and creatively address local needs improving life for our friends neighbors and community in Skokie Illinois.
