Cincinnati Chapter SAR Welcome to the Cincinnati Chapter of the Ohio Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. 2028 Annual SAR Congress The SAR is a Historical Educational and Patriotic lineage society that seeks to maintain and extend We strive to perpetuate the heroic triumph of the Patriots whose courage established the independence of the United States of America through our programs and outreach to state and local communities. The Cincinnati Chapter was organized in 1889 and is currently one of twentythree active Chapters across the state of Ohio. The Ohio State Society and the Cincinnati Chapter welcome new members able to prove their lineage to the heroes of the American Revolution.
