TO ASSIST IN CHARITABLE WORK; TO AID IN THE ADVANCEMENT AND ELEVATION OF THE STANDARD OF WOMANHOOD; AND AT THE SAME TIME TO FORMULATE A PLAN FOR THEIR OWN SOCIAL AND FRIENDLY ASSOCIATION.
