Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County (CCE-Monroe) is a local chapter of the broader Cornell Cooperative Extension system, a vital part of the national Cooperative Extension network. This Saturday we are honored to be a volunteer host suite for the Edgar Santa Cruz Memorial Day of Service. The day begins at Cameron Community Ministries, then volunteer groups will head out to the various host sites. Here at CCE's South Lawn Farm, volunteers can expect to plant our tomatoes and peppers (if all field work prep goes to plan this week). Finger Lakes Regional Agritourism Networking Session, Tuesday, June 3, 2025, 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (NEW DATE!), connects agritourism operators in the Finger Lakes Region with tourism organizations and state and local agencies. All aspiring agritourism operators, agricultural service providers, and tourism promotion agencies are invited to join this educational event and help strengthen agritourism in the Finger Lakes Region. There will be plenty of time for networking and connecting with fellow agritourism operators. The event will conclude with a walking tour of the Shortsville Reindeer Farm! (fb)
