We are excited to sponsor two upcoming baby & me yoga classes at the Austin Yoga Lounge! @austinyogalounge is a cozy, community-centered studio in the heart of Austin, thoughtfully designed to support every stage of the parenthood journey. Our baby and me classes focus on gentle movements to rebuild strength and stability, especially in the core and pelvic floor, while incorporating breathwork and relaxation. We recommend this class for parents with babies not yet crawling. Amenities include snacks, water, a changing table stocked with wipes and extra diapers, and a quiet space for breastfeeding if preferred. Where new parents form community and connection in Central Texas PIP hosts weekly meetup groups for new parents in Central Texas to connect with neighboring families. Please select an icon to learn more about our group offerings NEWBORN GROUPS BABY GROUPS SPANISH GROUPS WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING Partners in Parenting is the best thing you can do as a new parent and I recommend it to everyone I know. We had an incredibly positive experience with our group. Meeting other parents going through the same highs and lows as us at such a precious and trying time made such a huge difference in our confidence mental health relationship everything.
