NorthShore Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center Our mission is to serve as a source of hope to men and women suffering from alcohol and drug abuse while also providing an effective treatment and recovery support system. Frontline is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a Substance Abuse and Addiction Outpatient Treatment Provider certified with the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction. Since our inception in 2007, Frontline has served over 1,500 young adults and their families utilizing evidence-based Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and faith-based treatment. Our life-transforming services include clinical intake, individual and group treatment, family support groups, and thriving recovery art and music programs for men and women ages 18-39.
