We are thrilled to announce that Fusebox has been selected to be part of the Open Interval Cohort—a collaborative program for artists, scientists and arts organizations—awarded by the Simons Foundation’s Science, Society & Culture division. Fusebox will be working with Jiabao Li (artist and Assistant Professor at UT), Dr. Fumiko Futamura, (Professor and John H. Duncan Chair of Mathematics, Southwestern University), and Ron Berry (Fusebox Artistic Director). Our trio is one of 15 trios selected nationally to participate In Open Interval.
