The Joseph S. Groh Foundation is a 501(c) 3 public charity whose purpose is to financially assist those in the HVAC/construction industries who have suffered spinal cord or other life altering injury or illness We are dedicated to: 1. Providing extensive information for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers through our website links page; 2. Providing financial assistance for those connected to the contracting industry who are living with life altering disabilities; 3. Advocating for pathways to affordable short/long-term disability insurance for employees of small businesses in the contracting industry.
