CASA DE AERO PARK CORPORATION, AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION WAS INCORPORATED ON DECEMBER 12, 1970 TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A RESTRICTED AIRCRAFT LANDING AIRSTRIP FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS AND TO ENCOURAGE AND STIMULATE AN INTEREST IN AVIATION. THE CORPORATION CONSISTS OF THE 45 HOMEOWNERS IN THE CASA DE AERO ESTATES SUBDIVISION. THE CORPORATION AND THE RESTRICTED LANDING STRIP OWNED BY THE CORPORATION WILL BE USED AND OPERATED FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS AND OTHER USERS AS ARE PERMITTED IN THE BY-LAWS OF THE SUBDIVISION AS REPRESENTED BY THE 45 CERTIFICATES, ONE CERTIFICATE HAVING BEEN ISSUED TO EACH LOT OWNER.
