EAST SIDE HEART & HOME FAMILY CENTER PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH EACH OTHER ON PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS THAT CULTIVATE POSITIVE CHANGE IN THE LIVES OF STAFF AND PARTICIPANTS.
