Congo Leadership Initiative CLI empowers DR Congos future leaders. We have educated and invested in tens of thousands of Congolese youth who have gone on to found hundreds of companies win election to public office and develop innovative strategies to serve their communities. CLI A Proven Catalyst for Change 37 of Congolese people are underemployed 500 enterprises founded by CLI young leaders 33 of Congolese youth are not enrolled in secondary school 50 hours of training for each of CLIs young leaders 29 of Congolese girls are married by age 18 50 of CLIs Leadership Institute participants are girls 166th DR Congos ranking in Transparency Internationals Corruption Perceptions Index 10000 graduates of CLIs ethical leadership training curriculum CLI alumni go on to do great things. CLI empowers young leaders to act with purpose and impact in whatever field they are passionate about.
