Serenity Equine Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of horses who have suffered neglect, abuse, abandonment or other forms of cruelty. Registered nonprofit 501(c)3, EIN #261817306 Our mission is multi-faceted. It includes rescue, rehabilitation, education, Safety Net support & Healing We rescue neglected and slaughter bound horses and rehabilitate, train and place them into permanent loving homes. We provide sanctuary for those horses who a not suitable for adoption. We make a lifetime commitment to our horses in that we will always take them back. We are committed to supporting the equine community through our Education Center clinics and courses and performing welfare checks. The Jasper Family Community Fund helps those who are struggling to care for their horse(s). We evaluate each situation and provide feed, veterinary care, and when needed humane euthanasia. Our Horses as Healers program is focused on those with PTSD and other emotional needs.
